Question: What if I can't finish the walk or need to turn back early?

Answer: The safety of the entire group is our highest priority, and as we operate with a single guide, the following policy is strictly adhered to:

You must inform the guide immediately if you are feeling unwell, injured, or are struggling with the pace or terrain. The guide will assess your situation and may suggest a brief rest.

It is not possible to leave the group and return to the starting point alone. The guide must remain with the rest of the paying group at all times. For safety reasons, the guide cannot accompany an individual back to the start and leave the remaining participants unattended on the hill.

If you cannot safely continue the walk, the guide's decision will be final and will be based on the safety of all participants. Depending on the location and severity of the issue, this may involve:

• Revising the walking route to a shorter, less demanding version for the entire group.

• In rare circumstances, a request for assistance from a designated support person or Mountain Rescue may be necessary.

By booking, you accept that you must stay with the group for the duration of the walk, so please select a walk that is well within your current fitness and ability level.

Question: What is the policy for late arrivals?

Answer: To ensure a prompt and timely start for all participants, we must strictly adhere to the scheduled departure time. The safety briefing begins promptly at the advertised start time, and we are unable to wait for late arrivals.

We strongly advise all attendees to aim to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start time to allow for parking and preparations.

If you arrive after the group has departed, your ticket will be forfeited, and we cannot offer a refund or transfer. The guide will begin the walk at the advertised time, and for safety reasons, late attendees cannot join the group once they have set off.

Question: How can I contact the organiser if I have a question not listed here?
